I opened Lash Dolls in 2017 with one simple, powerful goal: to empower women by enhancing their natural beauty. I believe that when a woman has damn good lashes, nothing can stand in her way. Every lash extension I apply is a step toward helping women feel confident, fierce, and unstoppable. That’s why I dedicate myself to providing the highest quality lash services and ensuring every woman leaves feeling like the best version of herself.
Beyond lashing, I’ve expanded my passion into creating my own line of products that are not only used in-house but are also sold to lash artists across the United States. From lash extensions and adhesives to aftercare products and more, I’ve worked tirelessly to offer professional-grade tools that elevate the industry.
In late 2018, I expanded my vision even further by opening the Lash Dolls Training Academy. Sharing my knowledge and passion with others was a dream come true. My mission became clear: I wanted to give others the same opportunities I had to build a thriving career in the lash industry. To date, over 600 students—including both women and men—have trained with us, and I’m proud to say Lash Dolls is the leading Lash Training Academy in Wisconsin. We hold two accreditations and are the only accredited academy in the Midwest offering over 8 accredited courses.
I am deeply involved in every aspect of Lash Dolls. From the design of our space to the training programs we offer, every detail has been carefully thought out and personally crafted. I want Lash Dolls to feel like a second home for every client and student who walks through our doors.
Helping others fall in love with their true selves is what drives me, and I’ll continue to pour my heart and soul into Lash Dolls to ensure that everyone who enters feels nothing short of beautiful and empowered.

Rebecca stays extremely busy and is by appointment only. Her books open 4 months in advance, so clients are encouraged to prebook their appointments to secure their preferred times.

Noel is an exceptionally skilled lash artist and the heart of our Training Program. As the Training Director, he leads all of our training classes, ensuring that every student receives the highest level of education and hands-on experience. His dedication to perfection is unmatched, and he takes zero shortcuts when it comes to his craft.
Noel’s approach to lashing is meticulous and thoughtful. He takes the time to educate every client on the entire process—from lash styles and what to expect during the appointment, to aftercare. His goal is simple: when his clients leave, they not only look like a million bucks but feel like it too.
As a trainer, Noel is unparalleled. With over 13 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, he brings a unique blend of skills to the lash industry. Before transitioning into the world of eyelash extensions, Noel was a corporate sales and behavioral trainer. He’s trained top-level executives, coached teams, and worked on high-profile projects, developing training programs that drive knowledge retention, sales performance, and team success.
Noel’s experience in adult education allows him to deliver a training experience that is both comprehensive and dynamic. He adapts his teaching style to each individual, ensuring that every student receives personalized attention. Through a mix of open discussions, instructor-led content, and direct hands-on practice, Noel ensures that every participant leaves his classes feeling confident, empowered, and ready to kickstart their career in lash artistry.
Noel doesn’t believe in handing out certificates—your certification is earned. Our success is built upon your success, and he’s committed to making sure every student achieves their full potential.
