Rebecca founded Lash Dolls Milwaukee in 2017 with one clear mission: to empower women by enhancing their natural beauty and helping them step fully into their confidence. She believes that when a woman has damn good lashes, she moves differently—and nothing stands in her way. Every set she creates is intentional, precise, and rooted in that belief.

What began as a passion quickly evolved into an award-winning and internationally recognized brand. Rebecca is a Best in Lashes Award Winner and the recipient of the National Best in Lash Education Award. Her lash work has been nationally and internationally published, including a feature in Lashpress Magazine, an international publication, where she was honored as one of the Lash Legacies of 2025—a distinction recognizing artists who have made a lasting impact on the global lash industry.

Beyond the treatment room, Rebecca expanded Lash Dolls into a nationally recognized brand by creating her own professional lash product line. These products—ranging from lash extensions and adhesives to aftercare essentials—are used in-house and trusted by lash artists across the United States. Every product is thoughtfully developed to meet professional standards and elevate the industry as a whole.

In late 2018, Rebecca expanded her vision further by launching the Lash Dolls Training Academy. Education has always been at the core of her work, and creating opportunities for others to build sustainable, profitable careers became her purpose. To date, over 600 students—both women and men—have trained through Lash Dolls. Today, Lash Dolls is proud to be the leading Lash Training Academy in Wisconsin, holding two accreditations and standing as the only accredited academy in the Midwest offering more than eight accredited courses.

Rebecca remains deeply involved in every aspect of Lash Dolls—from studio design and curriculum development to mentorship and brand strategy. Every detail is intentional. Her goal is for Lash Dolls to feel like a second home: a space where clients feel confident, students feel supported, and artists feel empowered to grow.

Helping people fall in love with themselves—both personally and professionally—is what drives Rebecca. She continues to pour her heart, experience, and leadership into Lash Dolls to ensure that every person who walks through the doors leaves feeling confident, capable, and unapologetically powerful.
