I opened my doors in 2017 with only one goal - to empower woman and enhance their natural beauty. To give them the best quality lash extensions and services, because I believed that when a woman had lashes and I mean DAMN GOOD lashes that nothing could stop her or stand in her way. So I dedicate my time to making women feel confident and sexy by giving them "damn good" lashes.
In addition, I have spent my time as a business owner developing my own product line(s) that are not only used in-house but sold to lash artists all across the United States, which include items such as lash extensions, adhesive and lash after care prod ucts; amongst many other items that are shown on the website.
In late 2018 my goals expanded and my [other] dream came true-and I opened the doors to the Lash Dolls Training Academy. Being able to share my passion with others was something I knew I wanted to do. I wanted to give others the same ability and future that I was able to give to myself.
To date, we have had over 500 women [and some men] come train with us. I am proud to say that our efforts have led us to being the leading Lash Training Academy in the state of Wisconsin, as we hold two accreditations. We are the only accredited lash training academy in the midwest that has over 8 courses, all of which are accredited!
I am so proud to be the kind of business owner that is heavily involved in my business. I am the heart and soul behind Lash Dolls. Every detail has been creatively thought out and hand placed by me. From my decorations all the way down to my production lines to servicing clients.
I will always think of others; helping people to fall in love with their TRUE self. I want you to walk into Lash Dolls and feel as though you have walked right into my home.

Noel is an extremely talented Lash Artist that strives for perfection - and is also our Training Director that runs and facilitates all of our training classes.
When it comes to lashing - Noel takes ZERO short cuts!
He takes his time with each and every client; thoroughly educating them on the process, lash styles, what to expect during the appointment and aftercare.
When his clients leave, they not only look like 'a million bucks', they will feel like it, too!

He has over 13 years of Corporate Training | Learning & Development experience.

Noel was a corporate sales and behavioral trainer in a previous role for nearly a decade, prior to applying his adult education skills towards the eyelash extension industry. He has participated in national trainings, trained trainers, worked in non-disclosure projects training the staff to function and achieve high knowledge retention and sales goals in multiple flasgship store environments, giving each member the skill set to be confident and successful. Noel has trained management and directors on coaching styles for further develop ones team.
His application of experience has allowed his participants to execute the application of eyelash extensions in shortest amount of time, while maintaining the confidence in a new technique.
Noel accounts for each of his participants learning style, giving everyone a unique experience by combining open discussions with instructor led content and a direct hands-on approach.
