Due to the length of the booking time required for our services, if you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice in an effort to refill the appointment time. If notice is not provided within 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge up to the full cost of the appointment amount.
If you do not appear for your appointment (no show) you will be charged the full cost of of the service amount, potentially removed from the client list, or may be required to pre-pay for all future appointments.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late sets the next clients appointment back. We respect our clients' time and expect the same courtesy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply a $25 service charge to your card.
At Lash Dolls Milwaukee all clients are required to have a valid credit card on file with our scheduling system to secure their future appointment(s) with us.
You will be prompted to add a valid credit card on file on our booking page.
Any service over $75 requires a $35 non-refundable deposit.
This goes towards the cost of your appointment.
Once you book any service with us that is $75 or more, your credit card used to book your appointment will be charged the $35 deposit to secure your appointment.
Should your deposit not process or decline, your appointment gets automatically removed.
Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. We regret that promotional services, or gift certificates purchased are absolutely non-refundable. This applies to all services as well. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale. We offer the option to exchange or receive a store credit on unopened items.
No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, Lash Dolls Milwaukee will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact us immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:
- Undisclosed skin conditions (including but not limited to sunburn)
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol upon arriving for your service/treatment
- Any behavior which, in the opinion of Lash Dolls Milwaukee/Staff/Management, might compromise or endanger the artists ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results, or might disrupt or make other guests uncomfortable.
We at Lash Dolls Milwaukee are 100% committed to the safety and health of everyone who steps through our doors. COVID-19 has not only changed the way we live our daily lives, but also the way we operate as a salon. These are the extra precautions we are taking as recommended by the CDC and the Wisconsin Department of Health. Please be aware of our new salon policies and how we at Lash Dolls are working and preparing to safely accommodate you.
Masks – Face coverings + masks are mandatory for both staff and clients regardless of vaccination status. We require that you wear a mask to your appointment. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided.
Sanitizer – There will be hand sanitizer in all common areas and in each lashing room. Please sanitize and/or wash your hands once you enter Lash Dolls and after your service prior to checking out.
Salon Sanitation and Disinfection – We are designating additional time in-between clients for a thorough sanitation and disinfection of each stylist’s station, chair and tools. All high volume areas will be cleaned and sanitized regularly. We ask that if you arrive early for your appointment, that you wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time.
Touch-less Greetings and Goodbyes – Unfortunately we will not be shaking hands, hugging or kissing at this time. This is one of the hardest things for us.
No Beverages/Magazines – We will not be offering any beverages or magazines at this time until further notice.
Limited Items and guests – Please keep all personal belongings to a minimum. Do not bring any extra guests with you and please do not bring children to your appointment unless they have an appointment as well. We are operating by appointment only and will not be taking any walk-ins.
