At Lash Dolls, our team has over 13 years of trainer experience; with 9 years working with a Training Magazine Hall of Fame inductee, working on national projects and high profile content.
We have trained for months to learn the skills of managing a training environment and curriculum in a multitude of training environments; face to face, virtual and blended.
Our trainers have assisted global companies in curriculum development, specifically targeted for adult learners.

Lash Dolls’ curriculum is accredited, structured and paced for knowledge retention. A certification cannot be successfully accomplished in one day.

Our courses are great for anyone looking to learn the art and process of applying eyelash extensions and jump starting their lashing (career).
After taking this course you will have the confidence in your knowledge about eye and lash health, safety and sanitation, recognizing different eye shapes, products used by lash artists, the variations of lash extensions (curls, lengths and thicknesses), how to place lash extensions, proper taping techniques, best practices on applying extensions to inner corners, how to hold your tweezers, glue safety, in-fill, removal techniques, and how to make your sets stand out against your competition.
All hands on activities are led by your instructor throughout the day.
In addition, you will also be guided on the strategy of pricing your sets effectively, how to get started, the importance of consultations, aftercare and much more!
You will receive a pro level kit worth in excess of $400, which will be enough to complete approximately 6-10 full sets, including 5-8 fills.
At the completion of your day, you will be required to complete two models on your mannequin head at home. You will be instructed at the end of the day on how to submit your assignments for completion of your training.
Once completed, your models scored and feedback given, you will have graduated and earned your Certificate of Completion from Lash Dolls MKE will be mailed for you to proudly display!!
