One Full Day
Complete your private training in one immersive day.

Two Half-Days
Prefer to break things up? Your training can be completed over two half-days. These are typically scheduled back-to-back on consecutive days—for example, a morning session one day followed by a morning session the next, or afternoon sessions on consecutive days.

Need a different arrangement? Reach out! We can’t guarantee every scheduling request, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Yes! Your Foundational Training is private and hands-on.

No packed classroom. No fighting to see the demonstration. No being afraid to ask a question because 15 other students are waiting.

Private education gives us the opportunity to watch you work, correct your technique, answer your questions, and spend time where you need it most.

We’ve taken years of education, real client experience, running a working lash studio, and watching the lash industry evolve and completely refreshed our foundational training.

You’ll still learn the fundamentals—but we’ve expanded the education surrounding the why behind great lash work.

That means more emphasis on proper technique, natural lash health, safety and sanitation, adhesive knowledge, styling, troubleshooting, client experience, hands-on application, and what actually happens once you’re behind the lash bed on your own.

This isn’t about memorizing a manual.

It’s about understanding what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.

Your Foundational Lash Extension Training includes private education, a professional training kit, hands-on practice, live model experience, studio access, certification upon successful completion, and continued support after training.

Yes. We believe there’s a BIG difference between practicing a technique and performing it on an actual person.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a live model while your educator is right there to guide you, correct technique, answer questions, and help you troubleshoot in real time.

Yes! Upon successful completion of your training requirements, you’ll receive your Foundational Lash Extension Training certificate from Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy.

Your certification documents your specialized lash education and completion of our program.

Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy has gone through independent industry accreditation processes for our lash education.

Why does that matter?

Because there is a difference between someone creating a lash class, printing a certificate, and calling it education—and choosing a training program that has invested in curriculum, standards, education, and professional development.

Requirements surrounding beauty services vary by state and can change, so we always encourage students to verify the current requirements that apply to the services they intend to provide.

Wisconsin separately licenses cosmetologists and aestheticians through the Department of Safety and Professional Services, with specific education and examination requirements for those credentials. 

Our Foundational Lash Extension Training is a specialized lash certification program and is not an aesthetician or cosmetology license.

And regardless of what your state requires, we strongly believe anyone working around a client’s eyes should invest in comprehensive professional lash education.

Because being allowed to perform a service and being properly educated to perform it are two very different things.

You’re working millimeters away from someone’s eyes using professional adhesives, tweezers, and products. You need to understand sanitation, isolation, adhesive behavior, natural lash health, contraindications, safe application and removal, troubleshooting, and what to do when something doesn’t go according to plan.

That’s why we believe your education matters.

Your clients deserve more than someone who taught themselves from TikTok.

We’re going to give you an incredible foundation—but we’re also going to be honest with you.

One training does not magically turn anyone into an experienced lash artist.

Lashing is a skill. It takes education, repetition, patience, and PRACTICE.

You’ll leave knowing what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, what you need to work on, and how to continue developing your skills safely and confidently.

We would rather help you become a great lash artist than rush you into becoming a booked one.

You practice.

Then you practice some more. 

And we’re still here.

Continued support is part of your education because some of your best questions aren’t going to happen during training—they’re going to happen three weeks later when you’re practicing and thinking, “Okay… what the hell am I doing wrong?”

Because our trainings are private, dates are scheduled individually based on student and educator availability.
