The Lash Boss Blueprint is our signature mentorship-based certification program at Lash Dolls Milwaukee. Unlike most trainings that separate Classic, Volume, and business education, we merge them together into one powerful course. You’ll leave with technical skill, business strategy, and the kind of mentorship most artists only wish they had when they started.

Most lash classes end the moment you walk out the door. Ours doesn’t. The Lash Boss Blueprint includes ongoing mentorship with our Training Director, Noel, and our Owner, Rebecca. Students are welcome to return to the studio any time to shadow us in action, ask real questions, and see live lash work as it happens. This is hands-on, real-world education that you won’t find anywhere else.

We’ve redesigned our program into two full days to make sure you retain information without feeling burnt out:

• Day 1: Theory – lash health, styling, product knowledge, sanitation, consultations, and business foundations.
• Day 2: Hands-On – micro activities, mannequin practice followed by model work, with coaching every step of the way.

Breaking training into two days allows students to process, recharge, and come back more confident for hands-on practice.

The Lash Boss Blueprint isn’t just about learning how to place extensions—it’s about stepping into the role of a true lash professional. Over the course of training, you’ll master both artistry and business, leaving prepared to launch your career with confidence.

You’ll learn how to:

✨ Create custom artistry – map, style, and design lashes for every unique eye shape, mastering both Classic and Volume techniques in one training.

✨ Develop a lash boss mindset – consultations, client care, and retention strategies so you can grow loyal, long-term relationships.

✨ Launch your brand – pricing, service structure, social media strategy, and marketing tips designed for new artists who want to stand out.

✨ Monetize your craft – product knowledge and aftercare education that not only improves retention but also builds retail sales and repeat business.

✨ Keep growing – ongoing mentorship, shadowing opportunities, and the confidence to keep improving long after your class is done.

Your kit comes with enough professional-grade supplies to service 15–25 clients, including: tweezers, multiple lash trays, adhesive, remover, tape, brushes, wands, mannequin head, lash maps, the Lash Boss Blueprint manual, and our Bubble Cleanser + Clean & Seal kit.

You’ll get your full kit on the first day of training, ready to use immediately.

Each day is about 5 hours long, giving you over 10+ hours of direct education and mentorship.

Yes! You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion once you have successfully completed and passed two live model applications on your own after training. This gives you time to practice independently while still being supported by your educator for feedback and guidance.

After training, you’ll complete two live model applications on your own. Once finished, you’ll submit clear photos of your work directly to Noel, our Training Director, for review and feedback. Once both models are approved, you’ll receive your official Certificate of Completion.

That’s the beauty of the Blueprint—you don’t have to feel rushed. You can re-sit the same training within 6 months for free, and you’re always welcome to shadow Noel or Rebecca for real-time guidance. We also offer discounted refresher courses for extended coaching.

No prior experience is required. The Lash Boss Blueprint is designed to take you from beginner to confident lash artist.

In Wisconsin, no cosmetology or esthetics license is required for lash certification. (Other states may vary—check your local laws if you plan to work outside of WI.)

Yes, you must be at least 16. Ages 16–18 require a notarized letter of parental permission.
