TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: 50% deposit is due at the time of registration within 30 days of class date.   Balance is due the day before class.  Payment plans may be available for those who qualify and may be found and applied for here.

All deposits and payments are *NON-REFUNDABLE And by signing up for one of our courses, whether it be in person, online; a one on one training or a group training you fully understand and are agreeing to this term and condition.

REQUIREMENTS: You are aware of your State or country licensing laws in which you will be performing the application of eyelash extensions, and you acknowledge you are legally licensed to perform these services to the public (Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Medical person such as an RN) should you reside in a state that requires such.

*The State of Wisconsin you are NOT required to hold any form of license to apply lash extensions.

NON DISCLOSURE You AGREE:

1) To NOT duplicate or share ANY of the information provided by Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® training certification program. This includes the training manual, all course work; electronic, text, written or verbal, instructor demonstration, student or live model practice, photography, video, and/or audio recording. This also includes all persons present at the training; models, students, instructors. All information you will be receiving is copyrighted and is the intellectual property of Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy®.

2) To NOT teach another or others any information which is taught to you by Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® this information is copyrighted and protected by the State of Wisconsin. This training contract is also a legal binding document between yourself and Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy®.

3)  Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® is providing a training certification and this is not a guarantee of the outcome of your performance which is based upon your own personal artistic talents, skill level and ability to perform the service. 

Certification is only given to those students who can properly apply eyelash extensions, who complete their assignments, model sets and homework.

We recommend Students practice at a minimum on at least 3 different clients, 2-3x a week for 1 month BEFORE accepting paying clients. This allows Student to practice and get comfortable with the lash technique and work on isolation, placement, structure and proficiency.
