By registering for or purchasing a training course through Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy®, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Training Terms + Conditions.

PAYMENT + DEPOSITS

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training when registering within 30 days of your scheduled training date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day before your scheduled training.

Your training must be paid in full before training begins.

Payment plan options may be available to qualifying students. If you are interested in applying for Affirm, please call or text us at 414-207-2889 before completing checkout.

All deposits, course payments, and training fees are non-refundable.

By registering for and/or submitting payment toward any Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® course—including private, group, in-person, or online education—you acknowledge and agree to our non-refundable payment policy.

SCHEDULING YOUR TRAINING

Our Foundational Lash Extension Training may be completed as either one full training day or two half-days.

When choosing two half-days, sessions are typically scheduled on consecutive days and at similar times—for example, a morning session followed by a morning session the following day, or an afternoon session followed by an afternoon session the following day.

If you require a different arrangement, please contact us before scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate alternative scheduling when possible; however, special arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

Training dates are subject to educator availability.

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

Because your training time is reserved specifically for you and requires educator time, studio preparation, materials, and scheduling, all training payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your training, please contact Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® as soon as possible.

I would add your actual rescheduling rule here—for example, 7 days, 14 days, etc.—rather than leaving this open-ended. I would also establish what happens with a no-show or last-minute cancellation before publishing these terms.

LICENSING + LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Laws and licensing requirements for eyelash-extension services vary by state, country, and jurisdiction and may change over time.

It is the student’s responsibility to understand and comply with all licensing, permitting, insurance, sanitation, business, and other legal requirements applicable in the location where they intend to provide services.

Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® provides specialized eyelash-extension education and certification. Completion of our training does not constitute or replace a cosmetology, aesthetics, medical, or other government-issued professional license where one is required.

If you intend to include the statement that Wisconsin does not require an aesthetician or cosmetology license specifically for lash extensions, I would have that exact sentence verified against current Wisconsin law before publishing it as part of a binding agreement.

COURSE MATERIALS + INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original course materials provided by Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® are proprietary and are intended solely for the personal educational use of the registered student.

This may include, but is not limited to, training manuals, worksheets, digital materials, presentations, photographs, videos, graphics, course structure, branded educational resources, and other original materials provided as part of your training.

Unless you receive prior written permission from Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy®, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, sell, upload, share, or otherwise provide our proprietary course materials to another individual or business.

Course enrollment provides you with access to our education for your own professional development. It does not transfer ownership of our proprietary course materials or grant permission to reproduce or distribute them.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO + RECORDING

Students may not photograph, video record, audio record, livestream, or otherwise reproduce instructor demonstrations, proprietary educational materials, or portions of training unless permission has been provided by Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy®.

This policy helps us protect our students, models, educators, and proprietary educational content.

EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES

Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® provides professional education, instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance; however, completion of training does not guarantee any particular level of future performance, income, clientele, employment, business success, or artistic outcome.

Eyelash extension application is a technical and artistic skill that requires continued practice.

Individual results will vary based on factors including practice, technique, dexterity, experience, commitment, and continued professional development.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Simply attending training does not automatically guarantee certification.

Certification is awarded to students who satisfactorily complete the requirements established for their course. Depending on the training, these requirements may include coursework, hands-on exercises, model work, assignments, homework, and demonstration of safe and proper eyelash-extension application.

If additional practice or work is required before certification can be issued, your educator will provide guidance regarding your next steps.

PRACTICE AFTER TRAINING

Your training is your foundation—not the finish line.

We strongly recommend that new artists continue practicing before accepting paying clients.

As a general guideline, we recommend practicing on at least three different models, approximately 2–3 times per week for a minimum of one month, or until you can consistently demonstrate safe application and appropriate isolation, placement, direction, structure, and overall proficiency.

Every student’s progression is different. There is no substitute for practice.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY + SAFETY

Students are responsible for following all safety, sanitation, contraindication, product-use, and application procedures taught during training.

Students are also responsible for working within their individual skill level and seeking additional education or guidance when needed.

Lash Dolls Milwaukee Training Academy® cannot supervise or control services performed by students after completion of training and is not responsible for a student’s independent application, business practices, or failure to follow the education provided.

LIVE MODELS

When live-model work is included in a training, students are responsible for following all instructions provided by their educator regarding model eligibility, preparation, arrival time, and participation.

Models must be appropriate candidates for the service and may be declined if contraindications or other safety concerns are present.

We should decide whether YOU provide the model or the student provides the model, because that absolutely belongs here.

ATTENDANCE

Students are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled training.

Late arrival may reduce available hands-on training time and may affect the student’s ability to complete required coursework or certification requirements.

Significant lateness, absence, or failure to complete required portions of training may require additional training time before certification can be issued. Additional training sessions may be subject to additional fees.

CONTINUED SUPPORT

We believe education shouldn’t end when you walk out the door.

Students receive continued support as outlined in their specific training program. However, continued support does not replace additional education, practice, or advanced training and does not guarantee proficiency or business success.
