Exciting Updates Coming to Lash Dolls Milwaukee in 2025!

Starting February 1st, 2025, we’ll be moving to our stunning new location at 316 N Milwaukee St, #501 (5th floor), Milwaukee, WI 53202—just a block away from our current spot in the Historic Third Ward! We can’t wait for you to experience our spacious new studio with a refreshed atmosphere. While we will be moving in throughout January, rest assured we will continue to serve you during this time. Our current space might look a little different as we transition, but we’re committed to providing you with the same exceptional service you’ve come to expect.

• New Location: While still nestled in the vibrant Historic Third Ward, our new space will offer more room and a refreshed atmosphere! We’ll be moving throughout January but will continue to serve clients during this time.
• Selling Some Studio Items: As we transition to our new location, we’ll be selling off some of our furniture, rugs, shelving, and other studio items. Interested? Let us know, and we’ll be happy to share more!
• New Brow Artist: We’re adding a brow artist to our team who will specialize 100% in brows! Whether you need brow lamination, shaping, or tinting, we’re excited to offer even more brow-focused services.
• Dermaplaning Services: Dermaplaning will be making a return! Get ready for super smooth, glowing skin and a fresh, flawless complexion.
• 50% Off Boutique Items: All our boutique items will be 50% off through the end of January. It’s the perfect time to stock up on those items you’ve been eyeing!
• Front Desk Staff: Starting in 2025, we will have front desk staff to help with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and any other questions you may have. This will streamline your experience and make everything run even more smoothly!

We’re excited to introduce our Lash Dolls Rewards Points Program in 2025! Now, every time you visit us for a service, you’ll earn points that can be redeemed for amazing rewards like discounted services, free services, or even free aftercare products!

How to earn the most points:

Leave us a review on Vagaro after every service and earn the most points possible! It’s our way of saying “thank you” for sharing your experience with others.

These points will accumulate in your Vagaro client profile and can be redeemed for rewards the next time you’re in. So, the more you visit, the more you earn—and the more you save!

To make your experience even better, we’ve updated a few important policies starting January 1st, 2025:

1. Arrival Time:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointments. With our new location, extra time may be needed to settle in. This also allows you to complete any required forms that may be missing from your profile and to use the bathroom before your service. If you arrive late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and fees may apply.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• We now require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 72 hours’ noticewill incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment cost.
• Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will be charged the full appointment cost.

1. Updated Booking Policy Forms & Credit Card Information:

• All clients must complete our updated booking policy forms in 2025.
• A valid credit card must remain on file. If your card is expired or invalid, you’ll receive a prompt to update your payment information.

We’re excited to share that Lash Dolls Milwaukee is a finalist for the Shepherd Express “Best Of” Milwaukee awards! To celebrate, we’ll be at the reveal party on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Potawatomi Casino & Hotel. We’ll be running the 360 Photo Booth, and we’d love for you to join us in celebrating! It’s the biggest and most fun event of the year!

We kindly ask that you complete our new booking policy form ahead of your next appointment to help us stay on track and ensure a smooth visit. This will allow us to better serve you without delays. You’ll be prompted to fill it out at your next visit, but if you could fill it out beforehand, we would greatly appreciate it!
