DAILY WEAR
Your jewelry is water-friendly for daily life.
After swimming, showering, or sweating, gently pat it dry to maintain shine.
LOTIONS, OILS, AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS
Lotions, body oils, perfumes, and self-tanners can build up on your chain over time.
Apply products first, allow them to dry, then wear your jewelry.
CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY
Mix warm water with a small drop of dish soap.
Soak for 1–2 minutes.
Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush.
Rinse and pat completely dry.
WHAT TO AVOID
Harsh chemicals such as bleach, cleaning sprays, chlorine tablets, or hair dye.
Pulling or yanking on the chain.
Catching or snagging on clothing or bags; if it snags, move slowly.
14-DAY WELD WARRANTY
If your weld pops within 14 days, we will re-weld it at no cost.
After 14 days, or if the chain breaks outside the weld point, a small re-weld fee applies.
Bring your chain with you for any repair.
MEDICAL AND SAFETY
Some medical procedures (such as MRIs or surgeries) require jewelry removal.
Visit us beforehand so we can safely snip and later re-weld your piece.
Avoid letting hospitals cut through the chain itself.
TRAVEL AND TSA
Permanent jewelry is TSA-friendly and does not need to be removed.
SIZING AND FIT
If your piece begins to feel tight from swelling, weight changes, or pregnancy, come in for an adjustment before it becomes uncomfortable.
ADD-ONS AND UPGRADES
